SOPREME has just introduced SOPRASEAL LM 202 VP (vapor permeable) and SOPRASEAL LM 203 (non-permeable) to their air barrier product line. These easily applied, one-component (1K) liquid membranes are designed to provide a monolithic seal of moisture protection behind wall claddings including brick, siding, metal panels, EIFS and stucco. Both products have a high compound stability at elevated temperatures up to 350°F (177°C).
They are applied via spray, brush or roller and the thin gauge application allows for ease of installation. A one-pass application method eliminates the need to over apply product to the substrate. Product may be applied in temperatures as low as 25°F (-4°C) with the addition of the SOPRASEAL LT Additive.
